EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We hope you love what you've ordered for your flamenco dance!

But just in case we've made the return process super easy. Ole!

1. Simply contact us by email hello@oleoleflamenco.com or write to us on the chat and we will send you a prepaid return label.

2. Apply the return label in the original package, over the previous label.

3. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping box and drop off at your local USPS location.

You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

Note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, shawls and accessories

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days after we receive your package. 

The refund will be issued to the original payment account.

The expedited shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Have you ever wondered how you go about securing a metal hair comb for your dance?, It can be tricky and sometimes a little fiddly.

The truth is, it is easier to have a solid base to work from – a firm bun, a messy updo or thick hair to nestle those comb teeth into. But, this doesn’t mean it’s impossible to secure a comb in other hair types or if your hair is out.

THE PINCURL

Our preferred method is to create a pincurl. Gather a small amount of hair where you would like the comb to sit. Twirl it around your fingers to create a little curl and then pin it to your head with two bobby pins in an X shape. A little bit of hair spray will also fix it into position. Nestle your metal comb behind the bobby pins.
