MANUFACTURING PROCESS

STEP 1
Once the material, model, and size have been selected, the next step is proceeded to make the cut.

STEP 2
The holes in the ear of the castanet are drilled and them once the castanet is finished we will introduce the cords on those holes.
STEP 3
We emptied the resonance sound box of the castanet.
STEP 4
With sandpapers of different thickness, we will give the final shape and the tuning to the castanet
STEP 5
Finally, we polish, clean and assemble the laces of the castanet.
