Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (according to the tracking number we sent you). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, free of stains or damage with all the original tags, and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, handmade shawls and handmade Picos are not eligible for return or exchanges.
Please keep in mind that shawls sales are final.

- If you'd like an exchange, please include which design you'd like to receive.
Can I return my product for a refund or exchange if...
- I hate it
- It was a gift and I/they don't want it
- I changed my mind after opening it
The answer to the above questions is YES! As long as it is within 30 days of purchase and is unused with all the originals tags, and undamaged.

NOTE: Like Amazon, you will be responsible for the two-way shipping for a returned or exchanged product. We cannot refund your original or return shipping costs.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.
If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service using UPS or FedEx service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn’t arrive or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the return policy.
If the buyer did not follow these rules and the package does not arrive or is lost, the insurance allows the buyer to get refunded by the carrier.
Note: Unfortunately we don’t cover ship lost in transit, please follow our recommendations when you return a product.
When will I receive my refund?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We have to draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds.
