At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost and the delivery date of your order.
We offer FREE standard US shipping option at the checkout for all US orders.
It depends on where you are. Standard deliveries are made via USPS or UPS and can take between 3 – 5 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. For those of you who don’t like waiting by the mailbox, we also offer expedited shipping.
Priority Mail Shipping deliveries are made using USPS or UPS and can take between 2– 4 working days depending on the delivery destination.
We use all major carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
Tees and totes bags:
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (tees and totes). Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of that orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our apparel orders are shipped within 3 business days or less
Ole Ole Flamenco will ship all shoes using UPS Ground (3-5 business days) even though the client has selected the FREE standard USPS option.
We ship internationally to Canada, Australia and Mexico.
When shipping non-freight items to Canada and Australia, Ole Ole Flamenco only uses FedEx or DHL International shipping option. The total shipping cost does not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) or customs duties, which will be due upon receipt of the delivery.
PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.
Unfortunately International orders at Ole Ole Flamenco ALL SALES ARE FINAL since we provide all curated products and make sure these are in perfect shape.
Signature Required (Canada and Australia)
Canada and Australia clients signature are included in our fee. Ole Ole Flamenco is not responsible for packages lost or stolen. It is the customers' responsibility to check the tracking information we provide at the time of shipping and follow it to see when the package will be delivered.
Province of Quebec Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only provide our products in English which is not in compliance with the Quebec language legislation. Therefore, some products are not available for shipping to the province of Quebec. Customers within Quebec may still purchase these products as long as they are shipped to a province outside of Quebec.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately. Please indicate your order number when you call/email and retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items.
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the customer, the customer must pay return shipping charges. We provide tracking numbers via email and/or via order status link. It is the customers' responsibility to track the package and be aware of its whereabouts.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just go to the Returns + Exchanges page or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process.
Items are in their original condition: Unwashed and unworn with all the original tags. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Damaged and defective merchandise can be returned or exchanged.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order, refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
